A birth story is sacred to a mama, but reading birth stories was one of the ways that I gained confidence in my body’s ability to labor and birth. There can be a lot of fear and negativity that surrounds labor and birth and my hope in sharing my birth stories is to show the power and beauty of it and bring back the sacredness of the entire process.
